At Goddess Adventures, each experience is intentionally curated and prepared in advance to ensure a high-quality, personalized experience for every guest. Because bookings involve reservations, transportation coordination, food preparation, staffing, and customized arrangements, we ask guests to review this policy carefully before booking.
𝗗𝗘𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure all bookings.
The remaining balance is due either prior to the experience date or on the day of the experience, as communicated at the time of confirmation.
𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗦
All deposits are non-refundable.
Where a refund applies under our Cancellation Policy below, it will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
By booking with Goddess Adventures, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
Seven (7) or more days before your experience: You may qualify for a partial refund of payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit, less any applicable administrative, processing, or third-party fees.
Three (3) to six (6) days before your experience: You may qualify for partial credit toward a future booking, at our discretion.
Within seventy-two (72) hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows: Non-refundable.
𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚
You may request to reschedule your booking, subject to availability. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes; however, rescheduling may incur additional fees where third-party reservations, accommodations, transportation, or other prepaid services have already been confirmed and are non-refundable.
𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗦𝗔𝗙𝗘𝗧𝗬
If we need to cancel or postpone your experience due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a credit toward a future experience. Refund requests in these situations are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.

Private, customized, group, or concierge-curated experiences may require significant advance planning and non-refundable third-party expenses. These bookings may carry separate cancellation and refund terms, which will be communicated and agreed upon at the time of booking.

1. Our Services Goddess Adventures provides curated adventure, wellness, experiential tourism, concierge, itinerary planning, transportation coordination, and related services, offered directly or in collaboration with independent third-party providers.
2. Booking & Payment A booking is confirmed only once the required deposit or payment is received. Payment terms are communicated at the time of booking and must be followed to secure your spot. Prices, inclusions, and availability are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
3. Third-Party Providers Some services are delivered by independent operators, including transportation, accommodation, restaurants, attractions, and guides. We carefully select our partners, but Goddess Adventures is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, service interruptions, injuries, losses, damages, or failures of any third-party provider. Any remedies related to third-party services are subject to that provider's own terms.
4. Your Responsibilities You are responsible for providing accurate booking information and disclosing any dietary requirements, allergies, mobility limitations, medical considerations, or other needs that may affect your participation. You must follow all safety instructions, local laws, and guidelines provided by Goddess Adventures or any third-party operator. We reserve the right to refuse or end your participation without refund if you engage in unsafe, disruptive, illegal, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
5. Assumption of Risk Some activities carry inherent risks, including outdoor activities, transportation, water-based activities, hiking, and wellness activities. By participating, you voluntarily assume these risks and confirm you are physically able to take part.
6. Changes, Cancellations & Rescheduling All cancellations, refunds, credits, and rescheduling are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policies above. We may adjust itineraries, schedules, or activities where reasonably necessary due to weather, safety, operational needs, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Events Beyond Our Control We are not liable for cancellations, delays, interruptions, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, public health concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. We may offer alternative arrangements, credits, or rescheduling at our discretion.
8. Photography & Media We may capture photos or videos during experiences. By participating, you grant us permission to use this content for marketing, promotional, and business purposes, unless you submit a written opt-out request before your experience.
9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goddess Adventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your participation. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid directly to us for the applicable service.
10. Intellectual Property All content on our website, including text, branding, logos, photographs, graphics, and itineraries, belongs to Goddess Adventures and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
11. Privacy Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy below.
12. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon publication.
