Refund Policy
At Goddess Adventures, each experience is intentionally curated and prepared in advance to ensure a high-quality and personalized experience for every guest. As many bookings involve reservations, transportation coordination, food preparation, staffing, and customized arrangements, we kindly ask guests to review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking.
Deposits & Payments
✓ A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure all bookings.
✓ The remaining balance must be paid prior to the experience date or on the day of the experience, depending on the booking arrangement communicated at the time of confirmation.
Refund Processing
✓ Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
✓ By booking with Goddess Adventures, guests acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Cancellation Policy
✓ Due to the nature of our curated experiences, all deposits are non-refundable.
✓ For experiences requiring full payment in advance, the following cancellation terms apply:
✓ Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled experience may qualify for a partial refund of payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit, less any applicable administrative, processing, or third-party fees.
✓ Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before the scheduled experience may qualify for a partial credit toward a future booking, at the sole discretion of Goddess Adventures.
✓ Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled experience, same-day cancellations, or no-shows are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
✓ Guests may request to reschedule their booking, subject to availability. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requested changes, rescheduling may incur additional fees where third-party reservations, accommodations, transportation arrangements, or other prepaid services have already been confirmed and are non-refundable.
Weather & Safety Conditions
✓ The safety of our guests remains a priority. In the event of unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances requiring cancellation or postponement by Goddess Adventures, guests will be offered one of the following:
✓ A rescheduled date; or
✓ A credit toward a future experience.
✓ Refund requests in these circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Group Bookings & Customized Experiences
✓ Certain private, customized, group, or concierge-curated experiences may require significant advance planning and non-refundable third-party expenses. Such bookings may be subject to separate cancellation and refund terms, which will be communicated and agreed upon at the time of booking.

✓ Goddess Adventures acts as a coordinator and facilitator for certain services and experiences.
✓ While we carefully select our partners, Goddess Adventures is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, service interruptions, injuries, losses, damages, or failures of any third-party provider.
✓ Any refunds, credits, compensation, or remedies related to third-party services remain subject to the terms and policies of the applicable provider.
4. Guest Responsibilities
✓ Guests are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process.
✓ Guests must disclose any relevant dietary requirements, allergies, mobility limitations, medical considerations, or special needs that may affect their participation in an experience.
✓ Guests are responsible for following all safety instructions, local laws, and guidelines provided by Goddess Adventures or any third-party operator.
✓ Goddess Adventures reserves the right to refuse participation or terminate an experience without refund if a guest engages in unsafe, disruptive, illegal, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
5. Assumption of Risk
✓ Certain activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to outdoor activities, transportation, water-based activities, hiking, wellness activities, and other adventure experiences.
✓ By participating, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with their participation.
✓ Guests participate at their own discretion and are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in any booked experience.
6. Changes, Cancellations & Rescheduling
✓ All cancellations, refunds, credits, and rescheduling requests are subject to the applicable Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
✓ Goddess Adventures reserves the right to modify itineraries, schedules, routes, activities, inclusions, and experience details where reasonably necessary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, operational requirements, supplier availability, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Weather & Force Majeure
✓ Goddess Adventures shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, interruptions, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, public health concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
✓ In such situations, alternative arrangements, credits, or rescheduling options may be offered at our discretion.
8. Photography & Media
✓ During experiences, photographs, videos, or promotional content may be captured.
✓ By participating, guests grant Goddess Adventures permission to use such content for marketing, promotional, and business purposes unless a written request to opt out is submitted prior to the experience.
9. Limitation of Liability
✓ To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goddess Adventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in our services or experiences.
✓ The total liability of Goddess Adventures for any claim arising from a booking shall not exceed the amount paid directly to Goddess Adventures for the applicable service.
